Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or burned candles.

We are happy to accept returns on unused, unopened candles in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The candle must be unused and unburned
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging our candles, but if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged candle and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Orders

Incorrect Shipping Address

Damaged Orders

We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our candles are handcrafted with premium waxes, fragrance oils, and carefully selected ingredients. Please follow these safety guidelines every time you burn a candle.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from children and pets.
• Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep candles away from curtains, paper, and other flammable materials.
• Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch (6 mm) before each use.
• Do not burn a candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
• Stop using the candle when approximately ½ inch (1.3 cm) of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
• Never move or touch a candle while the wax is hot.
• Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, and debris.
• Extinguish the flame before leaving the room.
