Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

If your item is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

Allergic Reactions

Because every individual's skin is unique, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or personal preference regarding scent, texture, or performance.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders during special promotions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery begins after your order has been processed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, we're happy to help guide you through the claims process.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our candles are handcrafted with premium waxes, fragrance oils, and carefully selected ingredients. Please follow these safety guidelines every time you burn a candle.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from children and pets.
• Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep candles away from curtains, paper, and other flammable materials.
• Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch (6 mm) before each use.
• Do not burn a candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
• Stop using the candle when approximately ½ inch (1.3 cm) of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
• Never move or touch a candle while the wax is hot.
• Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, and debris.
• Extinguish the flame before leaving the room.
