If your item is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Allergic Reactions

Because every individual's skin is unique, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or personal preference regarding scent, texture, or performance.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

More Moisture. Less Foam.

Luxury Your Skin Can Feel.

A rich lather isn't what makes a cleanser exceptional.

Our artisan soaps are crafted with luxurious plant oils, rich butters, and naturally conditioning ingredients that cleanse gently while respecting your skin's delicate moisture barrier. Without harsh sulfates or synthetic detergents, they create a soft, creamy lather that cleanses without stripping away essential hydration.

The result is skin that feels fresh, silky smooth, nourished, and beautifully balanced—never tight or dry.

Because healthy, radiant skin begins with gentle care.
